The Sandy Point community prides itself on hosting fun and seasonal events that bring neighbors together on a regular basis. From an Easter Egg Hunt to a Fourth of July Parade and a Haunted Halloween, we enjoy food and fellowship with one another in our beautiful community. Valentine’s Thai Party – Feb 2nd at 4 pm
Our first community event of 2025 was a delightful pre Valentines Day party with catered Thai food.

All residents are invited and at each event we have children’s activities. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors! Signs will be posted on the mailboxes with more detailed information. A special thank you for all the volunteers that make these community events so special and fun!
Private Events
Homeowners and residents must submit a Clubhouse Reservation request in order to use the Clubhouse. Please read the Clubhouse Rules carefully and do NOT post the gate code at the entry gate or in invitations to guests.
