Directions to Sandy Point:
Take Interstate 5 and head towards Encinitas and exit at Birmingham Drive. Drive East on Birmingham up the hill 0.4 miles to Lake Drive. Turn right and drive South 0.4 miles to the Sandy Point entry gate.
Visitors can call a resident from the entry gate to open it. Use the keypad directory to find and call a resident’s 3-digit number. The resident answering the call should press 9 to open the gate.

The Clubhouse and Guest Parking is straight ahead from the gate at the southwest end of Wales Drive.
Homeowners and residents should call Management if they have forgotten the gate code.
